VISIONS Program Criteria
- Appropriate impulse control, defined as the ability to control physical behavior
- Independence in the areas of self-care and personal hygiene
- Willingness to develop positive attitude and work behavior
- Ability to conform to workplace standards
- Work motivated, a desire to produce work in a community setting
- Potential to work independently or with decreasing levels of support
- After one year of Supported Work Training, a production rate equivalent to 50% of the company production norm
