Tips on how to do well in the tournament:
- Know and abide by the "electronic devices policy," which is: Cell phones and all other electronic devices are not allowed to be brought to a match. First offense: Confiscation of device and sit out rest of match. Possible loss of points for your team. Second offense: Off the team permanently. Possible loss of points for your team. 9/29/11
- Get familiar with the web site and especially the pages that have sample questions, outlines and study guides.
- Know what to study for your next match and start studying it well before the day arrives.
- Check the website frequently to see if there any updates, especially in the study guides and news sections.
- Learn the names of all your teammates and if you forget, ask them to tell you their name again.
- Keep a positive attitude and see what you could do better next time.
